Buying a home in Vacaville as a military member or veteran

Buying a home as a military family, from an agent with a military relocation certification.

Coordinating a Vacaville purchase around your orders

If your orders are changing, or you're moving here from somewhere else, you may be shopping on a tight clock and from a distance. I'm a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and I plan around your dates, working backward from them so you know what has to happen and when.

Vacaville offers a range of homes, from older cottages near downtown to ranch homes, two-story homes in established subdivisions and newer communities. We narrow that range to the ones that fit your needs.

VA financing and the steps after it

I work closely with your lender, so you understand your VA financing options and what they mean for the homes we look at. Then I guide you through the offer, the inspections, the appraisal and closing. Military and VA buying describes the approach, and how I help you buy a home covers each step.

If you're managing the move from a distance, I coordinate showings and send updates, so you stay informed without being here for every step.
