That shapes how I work. Instead of fitting your situation into a standard schedule, we start from your dates and work backward, so you know early what has to happen and when.
Working with your lender on VA financing
I work closely with your lender, so you understand your VA financing options before you start looking. Together we sort out what you can comfortably afford and what the process will ask of you, and then I help you find homes that fit your needs.
From there I guide you through the rest: the offer, the inspections, the appraisal and closing. Each of those has its own deadlines, and when your schedule is tight, missing one matters.
