Relocating to Suisun City

Moving to Solano County or the surrounding area, with a local guide.

Start at the waterfront

Suisun City has a distinct waterfront character: a historic downtown, a marina, and a link to Suisun Marsh. Main Street still shows its history as a shipping port, with historic architecture, restaurants and places to walk by the water. For someone who's never visited, that's the best place to begin.

From there, you can try boating or paddling at the marina, hike at Rush Ranch, or visit the Western Railway Museum on Highway 12 toward Rio Vista.

Planning the move with you

We talk through your budget, commute, amenities and timeline, and narrow the search from there. If you're managing the move from another state, I coordinate showings, send updates and keep things moving. See relocation and how I help you buy a home. If you have a home to sell too, move-up buying and selling explains how I plan both.

The homes
Older properties near the historic downtown and established suburban neighborhoods with single-story and two-story homes. Much of the housing was built in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s, including neighborhoods such as Dover Terrace and Heritage Park. Some homes were built before the 1960s, and there is a smaller selection of more recent construction. Layout, lot size and updates vary.
