Selling a trust or probate home in Vacaville

Selling an inherited home, with patience and clear communication.

Handling a Vacaville property from near or far

A trust or probate sale often involves several people, and some live out of state. I have experience helping clients with trust sales, including working with family members who live elsewhere. Because I live and work in Vacaville, I can handle the local side: seeing the property, arranging its preparation and keeping everyone informed.

Vacaville's homes range from older cottages near downtown to homes from the 1970s through the 1990s and newer construction, so an inherited home may need very different preparation depending on its age.

Who I work with

I coordinate with the authorized representative, the title company, escrow and legal counsel, to help organize the sale and arrange the property's preparation. Probate and trust sales have different requirements, so I work with the appropriate professionals to understand the steps your transaction needs. I don't give legal advice. Your attorney does.

See the probate and trust page for more, and how I sell homes for the preparation and marketing.

Where to start

Request a home value and equity review for the property, or contact me or call (707) 304-6574. More about the town is on the Vacaville page. This page is general information and isn't legal advice.
