What this site collects
This policy applies to this website, adrianacuevahomes.com, which is run by Adriana Cueva, a licensed California real estate salesperson. Last updated October 30, 2026.
When you fill out a form on this site, I collect your first name, last name and email address. I also collect a phone number and a message if you choose to give them, along with the answers to any extra questions that form asks, such as what kind of home you're thinking about selling or buying.
If you give a phone number, the site records whether you ticked the box that gives permission to text you, the exact wording you were shown, and the time. I record this so I can show that you chose it.
The site doesn't collect anything else about you on its own, apart from the standard records any website keeps. The company that hosts it, Netlify, keeps ordinary server logs.
Who receives it
The information you send through a form goes to me, and I keep it in my customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel. That's where I follow up with you and keep track of our conversations. GoHighLevel handles that information for me as a service provider.
The site itself is hosted by Netlify, which processes the information as it travels through the site, again on my behalf.
I don't sell your personal information. I use these service providers to run my business, and they handle your information only to do that job for me.

How it is used
I use what you send to answer your message and to follow up with you about buying or selling a home. That includes replying to your question, setting up a conversation, and sending information that fits what you asked about.
I also send marketing emails, such as newsletters and market updates. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also tell me directly that you'd like to stop.
I keep your information in my system until you ask me to remove it.
Calls and text messages
I use your phone number to call or text you only about your inquiry, and I text you only if you gave permission by ticking the box on the form. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. That permission isn't a condition of working with me.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can tell me to stop calling you at any time.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me using the details below and I'll act on your request. Since I keep information until you ask me to remove it, deleting it is simply a matter of asking.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them, or by writing to me.
California law requires a website that collects personal information from California residents to post a privacy policy like this one, and this page is that policy.
